Party packages for 4 year old

We are looking for a party package for my daughter's 4th birthday party mid-end of November. There will be around 25 children (girls and boys) and looking for a full package - venue, entertainment and/or soft play, food, face painter etc. As my second baby is due end of October, I need something requiring minimal effort due to most likely having a 2 week old in tow! We live in Sydenham so anything in Se26 or Se23 would be ideal. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

  Yes, but the people who are doing it probably don't think about the effect on other people and animals. Without wishing to spoil others' enjoyment, I actually think fireworks should be banned for private purchase and only used in public displays. I thought at one point this was going to happen, but maybe I have misremembered. I think fireworks are potentially dangerous, as well as antisocial. Maybe sparklers are ok!
