Looking for morning childcare

We are looking to hire someone who has experience in looking after small children to help us with childcare for our 2 and nearly 4 year old boys. They both attend nursery in East Dulwich full time and we would ideally be looking for someone to come to our house to pick them up and help get them ready and then drop them off to nursery (on foot, 5 mins away) four mornings a week (with an early start around 7am) as well as one evening pick up and possible babysitting. For the right person, we would be flexible about the days and offer a competitive rate. This might suit a local nanny or childminder who wishes to top up their hours or a student who lives locally and has childcare experience. If you are interested, please PM me and we can take from there.

    • If no one else has a problem, then it sugggests that the delivery person may not be aware of any harm and would respond well to a conversation. It also goes without saying that just because no one else has a problem, that the OP is not valid in raising their issues.
    • Remember, you never know what someone else is going through behind closed doors....
    • Is anyone else having difficulty booking Silver Swim sessions (Tuesday and Thursday between 3pm-4pm?) Almost all the spaces are taken before the online booking system opens at 10pm several days before. Last night there appeared to be one space available for next Tuesday. I tried to book at one second past 10pm but was unsuccessful. This seems to have been a recent phenomenon. I made a telephone call this morning but just received a recorded message saying that the voicemail box was full. Am I right in assuming that in person bookings are now taking precedence over online ones?
    • I completely agree with you, Angelina. But it's worth noting that no one else has a problem with her, or finds her rude /  has mentioned her aggressively banging gates / ringing doorbells etc.
