Hi

We are a young professional couple (Irish & Italian) looking for a flat/house to call home near Herne Hill station (approx within 15 mins bike ride).

We are looking for a 1 (if spacious) or 2 bed flat/house for long term rent, ideally with parking space.

I am a doctor and my partner is an engineer, clean and tidy, non-smokers and we don't have pets.

Please get in touch if you would like any more information and if you have anything available.

Thank you!

Hi - I have a two-bed house (mid-1990's construction) on Burrow Road, located off Dog Kennel Hill, near Sainsbury's East Dulwich (SE22 8DU). It's a lovely quiet property with small front and back gardens and conservatory and own car space. V close walk to E Dulwich station, and 2 miles/10 mins by road from Herne Hill station. I'm a private landlord, renting privately, and the current tenant is leaving in October. Happy to discuss if you're interested - my number is 0794 134 0815, or I can email some photos. The rent is ?1500/month.

Hi

We have a two bedroom flat in Dulwich Woods which has a locked bike storage area and an allocated parking space. We are looking to rent our flat on a long term basis to a professional couple. I have attached details - please give me a call if you would like to view.

Ciao Martina

I am Italian too and I have a 2 bed apartment to let in Streatham Hill (not far from Herne Hill). You can view my flat at the link

    • This is just normal business behaviour. That's why there are so many coffee shops in ED and shops selling gifts and interiors stuff, clothes, restaurants.  If there's more than one business of a similar type then it can benefit all of them up to a saturation point and keep up quality. It's all sounding like many think Chango has made a malicious move when it actually sounds like it's owned by one guy who has a good business that has done well.   Anyway this is all great advertising for both empanada places. Very close by is the organic grocer who sells really good value and very tasty samosas and other Indian snacks which are also worth trying.
    • Hello, Does this lovely little panther have a name? & Is he neutered & microchipped?
    • Well I don’t approve for a shop doing the same food to open so near - just wrong in my opinion. Why not go to the village, Peckham - foot fall would be great in Peckham and certainly more multi  cultural than ED. Village has money but doubt foot fall would be as good as ED.  At least they could have gone to the stretch leading up to Peckham Rye or why not bottom of Barry Road?? Or even North Cross Road I for one, on principal won’t be going in.
    • Heh yeah haven't even bothered to remove the emdash. The OP is AI slop as well.
