Which boiling water tap?

we are having a new kitchen fitted at the end of the month so I've been researching Best Buy appliances. My main source has been which, however they don't appear to have any reviews on boiling water taps...

Any recommendations ?

We have one in our office. The tea purists at work bought their own kettle as they said the tea was dire made from the tap

I've got the Grohe Red hot water tap. I absolutely love it for the convenience of having hot water on demand when cooking and making tea for guests. Not having a kettle also means one less appliance cluttering up my kitchen surface. Unfortunately I'm not a tea drinker so cannot comment on the quality of a cuppa from a hot tap.

It's got a safety catch and the water comes out smoothly (no spurting).

We've got a quooker which we inherited when we bought our house. I'd defo replace it if it broke for all the reasons stated by alasksa above!

Don't have any problems with the quality of tea it makes either ;-)

I've got the quooker. I love how easy it is to use and how much sleeker my counter looks.
