New Zumba classes in between Peckham and Camberwell every Wednesday 8:15-9:15pm at Welton Hall, Bushey Hill Road SE5 8QF

Zumba for Every Body is about body positivity, inclusivity and HAVING FUN. Through a range of movements based on traditional rhythms from across the world, this class will energise you, making you feel great about your body and what it can do. No previous experience required ? Zumba is easy to follow and not about getting everything right. The class will be as challenging as you make it, and I will assist you in finding the right level for you.

It's just the standard Zumba class, which is a high impact exercise to music class, but with an emphasis on it being truly for everyone. Whatever your size, ability, fitness level, race, gender, sexuality or age ? this class in an inclusive and supportive space!
