thanks and I have got some advice from them and I will ask about their mediators. I think the couple are more likely to agree if the mediator is in East Dulwich though -

Thanks but if someone could recommend a property solicitor who does mediation that would be better. If I am going to pay for this service, I would prefer if someone local used them and found them helpful. I cant be the only person who has had problems agreeing maintenance with joint freeholder in East Dulwich. Google searches will probably be a last resort . -
I went online and, after crawling through lots of options, finally got to a page that allowed me to make a complaint that wasn’t to do with a generic problem. I explained that lots of people in and around SE22 are having irregular deliveries.
