Hi lovely East Dulwich folk!

I am offering 5 1:to:1 private Yoga classes with me, in SE5, SE15 and SE22. In this hour, you'll get 1-on-1 tuition, help with any physical issues or niggles that you've got going on with your body, whether that's shoulder pain, back ache, tight hips, stiff hamstrings, weight loss, and much more. You'll tell me your main issues and I will come up with a 5 week class plan, completely tailored to your own needs, and at the end I'll give you a self-practice course that I've designed based on our sessions together.

PRICES

For all new students: a one time offer - the first 3 x 1hr classes for ?110

Thereafter (after the first 3 classes): 5 x 1hr classes for ?225

If you'd like to trial the first class, then it's fine to pay for the one session (?36) after we finish, and then decide if you'd like to book any more lessons.

Mat readily available

All levels welcome.

The hour can be arranged according to your schedule!

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
    • Reeves says she's in charge and no no's Rayners plan, what happens now?
