A 45 minute fun and funky Babywearing dance fitness class for parents/carers and their babies up to 18 months old. Stretching and toning and baby singalong in cool down. With additional Parent PoW-WoW after class for a chance to chat to each other and compare notes. For mums and dads that love to dance and get fit and off course meet other parents and socialise.

Venue:Punk Me Up Ceramic Cafe, 34 East Dulwich Road, SE22 9AX

Price: FIRST CLASS FREE! ?6 for a single class or buy CLASS PASS to reserve your space and save money. MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE.
