Hi East Dulwich folk!

I am offering 1:to:1 private Yoga lessons with me, in SE5, SE15 and SE22.

Teaching 1:to:1 is my favourite way to teach. As your private yoga teacher, I will meet you exactly where you are and help you figure out what you need most from the practice. As I am experienced in this kind of teaching, I can take your needs, desires and goals and turn them into a practice that is fun, supportive and beneficial for you! The practices of yoga serve to bring us into better balance in our lives, bodies, hearts and minds. Because a happy balance in life is the goal, your yoga practice can and should look totally different from day to day, and can take many forms such as meditation, restorative, challenging, energy work and more.

PRICES

For all new students: a one time offer - the first 3 x 1hr classes for ?110

Thereafter (after the first 3 classes): 5 x 1hr classes for ?225

If you'd like to trial the first class, then it's fine to pay for the one session (?36) after we finish, and then decide if you'd like to book any more lessons.

If you think private yoga may be right for you, contact me below and we will schedule a 30 minute phone call to answer any of your questions and determine if we will be a good fit. Please let me know if you have any other questions at all! I am looking forward to connecting with you!

    • Now I have heard everything…..not send your kid to a school because you don’t like the name - so to get my head around this, if school is outstanding, parents won’t send their child there because of name of school? Or have I not understood?
    • A quick Google says that it is not undersubscribed unlike many subject schools so those claims mentioned above may not be true. Last Ofsted was good.  You are definitely right about the money. This is what trusts do. Remove word ‘subject’ above Remove word ‘subject’ above I can’t edit my ridiculous errors but would like to apologise  for messy post
    • I have heard claims that people don't send their children there because of the name of the school..?  I genuinely cannot get my head around this one. The school is named after the road it is on which is named after the history of the area!  'Grove Primary School' is potentially the most boring name they could have come up with, and for a school struggling financially, is rebranding the school really the best use of funds?
