Reliable person needed to fit loft hatch and insulation

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a reliable person to lay insulation, floorboards and fit a ladder and hatch to my loft? I don't want to ask a roofer as it's not really specialised work as it's just a matter of adding to what is already there and they would charge roofer rates. I just need someone who can be trusted to do a good job and who is personally recommended.
