    • Forest Hill looks lovely.
    • You need to get your collecting tin out.  Here in Forest Hill we have a very smartly decorated Christmas tree,  funded mainly by local traders.   Maybe some of those poor wretches afflicted with £2m houses could drop a few fivers in. 
    • I'm not sure what to make of that, Sue  "the Lambeth Country Show will not take place in June 2026."   It's been going for over 50 years. Seems a shame to bin that one off in favour of the other four festivals.
    • We did fine for 300 years with the Royal Mail before the current "competitive" shambles was introduced.
