Jump Leads Car Battery Charger To Borrow?!

Hi this is my first post in the forum and was wondering if any one had a pair of jump leads or a car battery charger I could borrow one evening this week. Im sure the reasoning is quit self explanatory but would be of massive help as you can imagine.

Im on Hansler Rd. and I can assure you they will be returned safely, I will be most grateful!
