Looking for spareroom/garage/space to rent as studio

Hello,

I am a local designer making Bespoke Headdresses, Hats, Fascinators, Costumes and much more and I am looking for a local space to rent where I can store and make my designs. Needs to have electricity but can be fairly small and cosy - a spare room, garage, shed might even work. I am quiet while I work (radio 4 is my main companion) and a very respectful person generally so I wouldn't cause any fuss.

Please contact me with any suggestions, it could the perfect opportunity for someone to earn some extra money from an unused space.
