You could try the Dry Cleaners next to the Post Office on Lordship Lane.

They are very good and I'm pretty sure they do repairs..

If the bag is leather, you could try Merrifields, the cobbler/shoe maker on the way to ED Station.

  can't believe i'm the first one on this forum to say that Chris Rea has done his last drive home for Christmas. He was on Mortimer and Woodhouse recently looking very unwell, poor chap, so its not the biggest surprise.

  I've never been in a stand-off with a fox, and have never heard of this happening to anyone else before! we have foxes on and off in our garden and they tend to be quite timid. Our dog goes bananas when he senses one so that might keep them away. As for cats and foxes, i once saw a small one running up Denmark Hill for dear life mid-morning because it was being chased by a cat
