Organic Village Market

It's a really great information guys! I have been doing my shopping there even before you took over and it's amazing how big transformation you've run through there. And I am happy to have a new butcher in the area- can buy now everything in one place. Keep on doing so well xx
Okay, so Ms Darkwood and some other vegan people may not approve. But I love your store, and I'm really happy to see that you're doing well enough to expand. Best of luck with it, and I look forward to trying out the new butcher and deli section.

Ms Darkwood we really respect our customers' beliefs and convictions and we would like to suit everyone's best, so butcher's section will be at the end of the shop and it will be separated from the others sections.

Kind Regards

You cannot be vegetarian/vegan and sell meat on the premises, even if one is 2 metres away from the other.

what ???

Organic Village - we love your shop and wish you every success. Our house is 50% veggie and this won't put us off - for some vegetarian is not a moral choice, and we will continue to shop with you. Don't pay any attention to the militants.

Just wanted to recommend (as well as the whole shop) the bakery/delicatessen bit at the back of Organic Village. The bread and Turkish pastries are scrumptious and they do a mean fresh tzatziki. Lovely people who work there too.

    • Also has a free film afternoon once a month… shows a range of films.. Free as well. On first floor. Not great toilets but still.. Staff are all very helpful. Have lessons one to one if you need help on most computer issues. Can borrow iPad as well on site - ground floor. Extremely well stocked library with some new titles as well.
    • Just a short silly one among more prosaic or gloomy posts: libraries are brilliant and we are lucky to have them! I popped into Dulwich Library this afternoon. It was pretty busy and I'd guess there were probably 40-50 people in, plus however many in the kids' section. All sorts of people were borrowing books, getting their blood pressure checked on the machine, printing documents, using computers, getting out the house and off the street, reading the papers and reference books, whatever. Oldies, kids, students and everyone in between. At exam time, it's a safe space rammed with kids studying. It's an elegant building, the staff always seem to be doing their best despite the obvious money challenges, it's open late most days, and all for £0 at point of use. We are all very lucky to have access to Dulwich Library and the other libraries! 👏👏👏
    • Another reason to be put off is the prices For most likely to be 100s of dollars for a ticket https://thefsa.org.uk/news/astonishing-world-cup-ticket-prices-revealed/
