Recommendation for an awesome Personal Trainer

Gunny

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I have literally joined the forum just so I could share my amazing experience with a local personal trainer with everyone - The EDPT (Carter)!!

So over the past 6 years I have managed to eat my way through life, and had gone from weighing 11 stones to weighing 15.5 stones! After 4 months of hard work and a very manageable nutrition plan, Carter has helped me lose 3.5 stone and I have gone from 27% body fat to 14% body fat! He has undone 6 years of abuse to my body in 4 months!!

Each session was tough, different, but most importantly for me it was enjoyable. I'm over the moon with my results and can tell you The EDPT comes highly recommended.

As I am new to this I am not sure if you can see the image I have put up, but the "before" picture is July 1st this year and the "after" picture is November 1st this year!

Thanks to Gunny and his post I am now working with Carter as well! Its very early days, I am fighting sciatica problems and generaly I am not fit, never done any sports or workouts so its more like a physiothereapy at the begining but I am excited a d motivated to work on my fitness thanks to EDPT and feel very positive about the outcomes already ( week3) so watch this space! 😎

    • Also has a free film afternoon once a month… shows a range of films.. Free as well. On first floor. Not great toilets but still.. Staff are all very helpful. Have lessons one to one if you need help on most computer issues. Can borrow iPad as well on site - ground floor. Extremely well stocked library with some new titles as well.
    • Just a short silly one among more prosaic or gloomy posts: libraries are brilliant and we are lucky to have them! I popped into Dulwich Library this afternoon. It was pretty busy and I'd guess there were probably 40-50 people in, plus however many in the kids' section. All sorts of people were borrowing books, getting their blood pressure checked on the machine, printing documents, using computers, getting out the house and off the street, reading the papers and reference books, whatever. Oldies, kids, students and everyone in between. At exam time, it's a safe space rammed with kids studying. It's an elegant building, the staff always seem to be doing their best despite the obvious money challenges, it's open late most days, and all for £0 at point of use. We are all very lucky to have access to Dulwich Library and the other libraries! 👏👏👏
