Birthday party venues in East Dulwich

Hi


I'm looking for a venue to host my daughter's first birthday party in February (not that she will remember it). It will just be close family and friends although I have a big family. Ideally a private room in a pub where I can supply my own food/nibbles etc.


Suggestions would be welcome.

Using a private room in a pub requires you to use their party menu unfortunately so it won't be possible to bring your own nibbles. You have to book and pay per head. I have rented Goose Geeen Centre for my daughter's 2nd birthday this year which is more of casual children's party. They have a small hall and a big one. According to what you need , you also add an additional fee to use the kitchen part or full. In comparison to the hall that I used for her 1st birthday party , GGC is more affordable. It is quite stressing to look for a venue as I have learned that most of these places open their booking from when the new year starts ( so basically minimum of 6 months especially for summer parties which are over flowing!)

      At the Dulwich Hill SNT meeting last night we spoke about Met. Engage. Dulwich Hill had signed up 185 households. Scheme  had been trialled in other parts of the country successfully and now the Met. Police are rolling it out, To the end of August, the Met Police had gathered 17,000 registrations which equites to 2% of households.

      When you dig into the site, there's an ancillary domain also involved in the system: neighbourhoodalert.co.uk;  and one pointed to by the latter as an example, stayintheknow.co.uk, which seems to have been set up by Lancashire.  All three long validated by Nominet and with same registrar.    metengage_etc_whois.txt
