SEEKING 2/3 bedroom property for small family

We are a small family of three looking for a two or three bedroom property to move into in December or early January. Our baby is just 6 months old so one of the bedrooms can be quite small. Currently living in East Dulwich and keen to stay in South East London.

Monthly budget approx. ?1300

Preferences: 2 bedroom, ground floor (or lift for buggy), parking available, good transport links
