removal man&van recommendation

Hi there

Just to say, I was let down by a removal company (recommended here on the forum - Vitek/VP removals) - waited over 2 hours past the agreed time!

Tried phoning around, urgently looking for a new person for the furniture removal and got hold of Chris, [email protected]. Tel 07799 908108.

Chris agreed a time on that day, rescheduling other work and was able to move the furniture items (turning up with a Luton van). I can't thank him enough; otherwise I was left stuck!

Hi, I used VP removals (Vitek and Peter) after reading a good review about them on here... I got quotes from about 6 other companies and theirs was by far the cheapest, and they were very friendly.

They were very reliable and dead on time for coming round for the quotation, arriving for the packing (on the 15th December) and arriving for packing and transporting and unpacking, and reassembling wardrobes etc on the 16th...

I am pregnant and single and they worked solidly for around 18 hours on the 2 days without even stopping for lunch. They provided 2 vans and loaded the first one the day before....they were very honest and trustworthy and helped to ease the stress after nearly 20 years of living in London.

I would NOT hesitate in recommending them !

    • Going to be really inconvenient for folk to go that way as has been stated.. why not just move to Camberwell which I would assume is abit nearer and better travelling wise or have vets in both places from Lordship Lane Branch.. Must have been massive flood if going to take two months to dry out, electrical tests to make sure all good… From upstairs? Or where?
    • @selector73 Thanks!  Because we want him to be treated by the vets that know him we will have to get to the New X branch because thats where the team are based until LL reopens. Thank you again 🙏
    • There's 1 in camberwell hope that helps
    • Thank you !  We Will find a way to get him to New X because We owe his life to the vets he sees at Lordship Lane branch and they know him (and us) and we prefer the continuity of care because he's an elderly rescue cat who gets extremely anxious even though he's been needing monthly bloods he just never gets used to going and it can be a lengthy process just getting the sample. Can you tell I'm as anxious about the whole thing as he is??😥
