Our recently refurbished 3 bedroom house in Peckham/Nunhead is available for short term rental from January to March 2017.

Ideal if you are having renovations done on your house and need to vacate or, if you need somewhere to live in between rentals/new house purchase.

Very short walks to: Peckham Rye, Nunhead or East Dulwich stations, local shops & supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & bars.

Property comprises of;

1 large double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite

2 double bedrooms

Family bathroom, open plan kitchen & lounge, snug & small garden.

Deposit required, utility bills and council tax not included. Ideally we would let this property

fully furnished. ?2000 per calendar month.

  Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
- Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

  Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
