I would be extremely surprised if that was true - what are you basing it on? That being said, even if it was true I would genuinely be interested to know what the numbers were (10 posts a day? 5 reactions?) - and then I would go "ok that's the forum limit" - I probably wouldn't cry about speech not being free, or my speech being limited -

I've been using Homecert for all my electrical work at my flat in London for several years. They have done small jobs like this one ( fitting a new security light to the patio) and big ones like fitting a new consumer unity, and also tricky ones like investigating and sorting out a problematic power circuit. They are extremely reliable and efficient and the work is always of a very high quality. Communications with the office are, in addition, excellent. Their work is economically reasonable and properly costed. I cannot see myself bothering with any other London electricians as long as Homecert exists -
