This is a lovely 22cm cast iron Le Creuset Casserole.

As pictured, the enamel at the bottom is not in great shape. Some TLC might improve things.

The lid knob is cast iron, much nicer than the stainless steel ones they come with those days.

That I suspect is not even a le creuset dish, try using it as a plant pot.

This is Le Creuset. From the 80ies. My mother bought it back then. Le Creuset branded on the lid knob, bottom of the casserole and probably lid itself too.

Should be branded on the lid, I don't see it in your photos.

Not for this model obviously. A quick google image search tells me it is not a rare model either. Just how they were made then...

I'll try to add some photos of where the brand shows soon.

"Horizontal", I suggest you keep using this section to sell your own things and interfere with other ads only when you are certain that something is wrong or misleading. Otherwise you might be wasting your time and other peoples time.

Actually the knob isn't branded but as you can see, lid and bottom of the casserole are.

I have exactly the same Le Creuset casserole dish which I bought over 30 years ago. There is no branding on the knob, but there is inside the lid and on the bottom of the dish. I think this is how the original ones used to be made.
