I used to live at number 3 the first house in landells where the acess for the back of these shops/flats is going to be

i can confirm it is the watmough trust that owns it (and they own the current car place)

The initial plan up to 2003 was for 10 flats some new and some redevelopment of the current flats at the back which are very shabby at the moment back where there is scrub land at the moment with acess in through landells and redeveloping gap between number 3 and the back of the newsagents shop for a flat over the enterance way joined into number 3

there is only going to be enough parking for 1 car per flat and the enterance will be gated

the plans have been in exsistance for 30 odd years and renewed on time every time with southwarks blessing ( they are difficult to find as they are posted under 360 ish lordship lane rather than number 1 landells, and they don't give any details to the front , but since this is alraedy retail they probably don't have to

    • Certainly the infamous (and mythical) SE London cat killer turned out to be foxes attacking dying and dead cats injured by cars, but fox: cat encounters do appear to happen, even where cats are victorious. Fox: adult humans less so. At least where foxes are the aggressors.
    • That was very kind of you to take the cat to the vet. Did the car not stop?
    • This is a bit outside our area, but I'm posting in case .... Last night (Sat.20 Dec), around 10.30, we saw a cat hit by a car in St Norbert Road, SE4.  We took him to the out of hours vet in Beckenham, where they confirmed that he had died.  They will see if he is microchipped, and contact the owner if so.  They were very kind.   He was a lovely cat, grey and white.  He must have died very quickly.  So sorry to be the bearer of bad news 😞 The vet is Medivet in Beckenham, tel: 0208 650 2003.
    • Watching my cats over the years with foxes, I've found that foxes have totally ignored them. One exception was when a young fox hadn't seen my cat and found himself eye to eye with my cat at a distance of 1 metre. There was a stand off but the fox blinked first and my cat chased him out of the garden. So proud of her. I believe when foxes have attacked cats, the cat has been vulnerable  - old, young, ill wounded.
