This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly flat share on the borders of East Dulwich and Forest Hill (just beyond Dulwich Library in the direction of Forest Hill).

The flat itself benefits from a secluded location away from the main road, ensuring a tranquil environment to live in. It was modernised to a high standard prior to us moving in last year. The current housemates are Jordan (English - Sports Data Analyst) and Paula (Spanish - Nurse) . Collectively, our interests included sports, fitness, dance, cooking/eating, film nights, socialising, etc. We get on incredibly well and are looking for two easy going person from a similar background and age (23-30) to enjoy this property with us.

The two rooms available are a double for ?695 per and a single (with brand new mattress) for ?520 per month. Although there are no agency fees, a ?500 deposit is payable to the landlord to secure the room. Bills are an additional ?35 per month which covers gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet. The rooms will go fast so don't hesitate to contact. My direct number is 07964335209 or email [email protected].

    • We were hoping to have a meal at Monkatsu  last night (Sunday), after having been out all day. Online information gave the closing time as 10pm. We got there around 8.30pm and they wouldn't give us a table because "the kitchen closes in half an hour." Surely it doesn't take half an hour to make a meal? We've never had to wait that long when we've eaten there before. Has anybody else had this happen? We ended up going home and getting a delivery, which wasn't how we had envisaged the end of a nice day 🙄
    • That place did only have pizzas on the menu, to the best of my recollection. We ate there once, the pizzas were ok but the room was not exactly atmospheric. Il Mirto has  a lot of pasta dishes on the menu,  but that also never seems busy. It's small and out of the way,  and easily forgotten if you're looking for somewhere to eat, I suppose.
