Builder for External Wall Repairs - Time Sensitive

Hello there,

Can anyone recommend a local builder (I am in Sydenham SE26) to carry out repairs on an external wall, and redecorate the affected internal wall? Accessing the external wall will require scaffolding: it's a hall level flat, above ground level, with a basement beneath.

A builder recommended on this site quoted me but has now gone silent. As I cannot use my spare room because of damp damage, and have guests coming for xmas, it has now become urgent.
