gabys1st
Colicci6 hrs ?"New Peckham Rye Park caf?: ten-second, thimble-sized, cappuccino... NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"and he is not the only one.Neither this or the also newly opened owned Colicci Dulwich cafe have impressed me. Not only small coffee cups, but also hot chocolate cups containg a very sweet um drink, as well as smallest bowls that I have ever been served soup in . To me the soup in both cafes had neither the taste or texture that I associate with freshly made soups. FI found that the worst thing was lack of gluten free bread and menus highly biased towards pizzas and pasta. Neither place one to frequent if you have an intolerance to gluten. Northeastview
I'm disappointed with the Peckham one as the previous cafe had great coffee and a great breakfast (veggie sausage sarnie was my particular fave). However, in Dulwich I'm happy about the change. The previous place was so disorganised and the food was pretty poor. I was able to walk to the picture gallery for a coffee and walk back to the cafe in the time it took my husband to get to the front of the queue. Both are over priced though.
