Recommendation for all round builder

I was looking for a builder/tradesman to do some works around my property so I did a lot of scouting both on the site and by asking around locally.

I ended up using a guy called Charlie of C O Property Services (07875442992) and I am so happy I found him.

He was reasonably priced ( not the cheapest of all the quotes ) but I'm glad I paid that bit extra as he was 100% worth it.

He was polite, clean, always turned up on time and I was really pleased with his quality of work.

He painted both my bedrooms and hallway along with doing some odd jobs, putting up shelves, tiling kitchen splash back and changing a radiator.

I was so happy with him that I am having him back in the new year to completely renovate my bathroom.

While I was vetting him out I found his Facebook page which has other jobs he has done if anyone wants to have a look, he is under Charlie O'Brien Cpob or CO Property Services

AI suggests: Upcycling old cheque books can involve repurposing the paper from old checks into creative items like notebooks, journals, art pieces, gift tags, bookmarks, decorative paper, or even small boxes, by cutting, decorating, and assembling the paper to create new functional or decorative objects, while ensuring any personal banking information is properly obscured or removed.
