Is it possible to get chilcare for couple of hours per week

I have something I want to be able to do for a couple of hours each Friday but need a plan for my 5 month old. Is there such a thing as childcare for such limited hours? Have no idea how it works so would really appreciate any pointers.

Or do a deal with a fellow Mummy friend & have her baby for 2 hours on another day? Maybe too much with such young babies though....
