Our gorgeous 4 bed, 3 storey Victorian house will be available from 5th April - 3rd Sept 2017.

The house has been recently renovated to a high standard, including a brand new loft conversion with master bedroom, huge en suite bathroom and stunning views of the London skyline. It also has a lovely patio garden, perfect for summer BBQs.

The house is located near Bellenden Road, within easy walking distance of East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations.

Market value is ?1000- ?1200 per week but if we can find the right family on the Forum and avoid estate agent's high commissions we can do it for ?700.

  Preference is for Lidl Old Ken Road (the top end) a few doors down from where Aldi used to be. Its large and the range and choice I find are good.

  Well done to Khan, having to face voter apathy in particular in inner London, where some in particular the young may have not voted due to forgetting ID, the negative campaign from Hall, in particular wishing to reverse measures that make our air cleaner, thinly veiled racism against him, and the Evening Standard which was manufacturing their own vision of events in the run up (although I understand they switched sides at the end).
