Ah, guilty until proven innocent... until they run off with your money, they aren't actually doing anything wrong. Yes, you know they are probably a scam but you have no proof of anything. So many scam builder salesmen have been ringing my doorbell, even banging on the door! I opened the door to one of them, and he said: “I’m working for your neighbours. I saw your chimney is in a dangerous state, and we can help you.” It’s the same old scam. Does anyone know where I can report this kind of fraudulent doorstep selling?👮♀️ -
