We are a very friendly, eco-conscious, creative couple looking to rent a 1/2 bed flat in the Dulwich/Peckham/Brockley area. We would love to have a small garden and an outdoor/indoor cat. We are very quiet, tidy and great neighbours!

Max budget is ?1600pm, we can move in from January 2nd onwards. We are looking for 12month+ lets.
