Vegetarian cookery class needed

Can anyone recommend an introduction to vegetarian cookery class? This is for an adult with pretty basic cooking skills so nothing too fancy! Local and weekend if possible.

Hi - This maybe a little late. A local cookery school called Kitchen Skills kitchenskills.co.uk/ with lots of vegetarian meals. Check out Indian Street Food - very popular and Mezza Dishes.
