Hardwood flooring layer needed

The person I usually use is proving tricky to get hold of at the moment and am keen to get our upstairs floors replaced.

Looking for a skilled hardwood floor layer - needs to be someone who can also router into some of our existing skirting boards as they form part of the staircase and can't be replaced with new plus needs to be able to create new edging onto the staircase.

Any suggestions please let me know, recommendations only not looking for unsolicited PM's
