Hi - I'm looking for a spacious, friendly , grown up flat or house share in ED, Nunhead, Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill areas. Preferably with max 2 other people but am open minded and flexible with moving dates too.

Desirable: Garden or outside space, bike storage, en-suite (or multiple bathrooms), cleaner.

I know the area well, work in the West End for a marketing agency and out a lot at the theatre, screenings and general London shenanigans. Not looking for a party palace but would enjoy the odd meal or glass of vino whilst discussing / watching a box set together. Keen cyclist, traveler, gig goer and foodie.
