Do you feel like you need to make a change in your work life in 2017?

Are you returning back to work after having a family?

Are you working towards a significant promotion?

Are you considering a complete career change?

Do you feel stuck and don't know where to start?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, have you considered coaching?

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, action focused process. As your coach I can support you by facilitating a series of conversations with the objective of unlocking your potential and enhancing your performance, learning and professional growth.

I will listen, question, and challenge and offer feedback in a safe and non-judgmental space. In this space you will be heard, you will have the time to think and explore and appraise the challenges & opportunities, and evaluate options.

Who am I?

My name is Geri and I have lived on Landells Road in East Dulwich for the past 2 years. For the past 15 years I have worked as a programme manager and management consultant across public and not for profit sectors and in 2016 I made the decision to train as an executive coach. In my first year of training I undertook the ILM accredited level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching and having completed in November I am now looking to build my client base locally. I will continue my training through 2017 and as a result I am offering very competitive rates.

If this resonates or you would like to find out more, email me for an informal chat. I don't have a website but references are available on request and here are what some of my clients have said so far:

"Working with Geri as a coach has been very beneficial. She has great listening skills, is a good motivator and provided a structured approach to encourage and guide me towards developing my plan for the next part of my career."

"Geri is a natural coach - she asks the 'right' questions, listens intently and challenges assumptions; all the hallmarks of a great coach. Working with her helped create the space and time I needed to work through things. It also helps she is quick to respond virtually, organised and efficient with follow up information."

"Excellent and great learning experience which provided me with the confidence and belief that I can achieve my goals."

I look forward to hearing from you,

Geri

    • Most of the groceries shops in Lordship Lane have a security presence…curious thing is I and another woman recently saw a shop lifter lift and not pay for a couple of packet of steaks, veg and bottle of wine..  Literally walked Pat the tills, one member of staff and security guard despite someone else going in front by a few people and mentioning person in question! I have to say, speechless and admired their bravado - I would not have the guts and knowing my luck, if I accidentally didn’t put something tru the till despite receipt would prob get stopped! Yes, worked with families, homeless and other people who were struggling for food so I do understand why they do it.. sad when you think about it, that in this day and age, all sorts of c people need assistance and help from community in general, food banks, olio etc….
