Sooo, who wants to go out in the dark to buy stuff? Not me.

What can I bake to satisfy the craving? I have loads of different flour, big bag of sultanas, butter etc., yeast, lots of spices, hard cheese, milk, yoghurt, jams and marmalades and lemon curd, honey, loads of bramleys, masses of eggs etc.

louisiana oh its too late but you have all the perfect ingredients to make those deliciously sweet, sticky, little greek-style pastries with spices and honey which would be lovely with yoghurt.

Or you could have made jam (or marmalade/lemon curd/spiced apple & sultana/cheese) tarts.

Anyway, hope the crepes did the trick! :)

    • Absolutely gutted to hear that Dell Autos in Hansler Road is closing tomorrow. They have MOTed my ancient 1998 Micra for years, and have always been brilliant. Wishing them all the best of luck in their retirement. Wishing all their customers (including me) luck in finding another garage as honest, helpful, efficient and friendly as they were.
