Creative Writing Tutor/Feedback Services

Are you a budding creative writer (fiction, poetry and creative non-fiction, as well as English Literature essays, etc.) looking for a reader to provide feedback on your work?

Have you always had ambitions to write creatively, to maybe tell your life story, or write a story that's been knocking around in your head for some time? Do you need help getting your words and ideas onto the page, and someone to be there every step of the way?

I am a creative writer and freelancer offering both in-depth feedback services and tutorials as a 'writing buddy' for hire, someone to help you develop and refine your creative work, whether that be fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry or English Literature essays. I provide line-edits, in-depth feedback on structure and development, and a written summary of what works in your manuscript as well as constructive feedback.

I also offer in-person chats about your work, if necessary, as well as writing buddy support, and am happy to meet at a central location that works for the both of us.

Please do get in touch if interested for more information!

    • Greg is a massively skilled, talented, meticulous, careful and lovely man who can turn his hand to anything and make it beautiful. He's decorated many rooms in our formerly tatty old house, fitted a beautiful (and very complicated) bathroom, and taken on some fairly serious building jobs including structural ones implementing an engineer's design. He solves problems, works openly and collaboratively on plans, and his standards are impeccable. He's also a lovely guy to have around. I'd have him back and recommend him to anyone, with no hesitation.  By way of further testimonial, he's ended up doing work for half our street through neighbour recommendations and EVERYONE who has used his services is delighted.
    • Thanks very much, it's helpful to know who takes them 🙏
    • They are leaning in from the verge and chopping branches from the trees they don’t like the look of. These are people who mowed their lawns twice weekly during NoMow May, and treat all wild flowers and plants as weeds. They can’t be convinced otherwise. I wish the Dulwich Estate would promote biodiversity more proactively, instead of merely paying lip service.
