Looking for mother's help/au pair/housekeeper

I'm looking for someone to help with running the household for 3 hours 4.30-7.30 Tuesday to Thursday (exact hours and days can be negotiated) and looking after an 11 and 13 year old on alternate weeks,(preparing a meal for them, putting the washing on, supervising homework etc), and pick up of my 3 year old from local nursery - within walking distance. NB this is not a sole charge role. We live near Gipsy Hill. Good English and driver's licence desirable.

  OK. We are clearly living in different universes, where logic takes different forms and "evidence" has different meanings. And becomes something else when questioned. We are just going round in circles, so it feels pointless to continue.
