Every Tuesday evening a Hatha yoga class.

Each week a different sequence developing strength and awareness, softness and ease, stillness and meditation......

Mats readily available - all levels welcome

Drop in and try, you do not have to commit .....

Thank you so much for those of you came to my new

Hatha class. The studio is light and airy - perfect for yoga and meditation.

Looking forward to our next relaxing session.

Please note the class starts at 7.30pm until 9pm

Spring is in the air - time to remove those cobwebs and free your body and spirit

Through relaxing and heart opening yoga.

Suitable for all levels.

Starting with slow sun salutations to warm-up and open the body - flowing through

Standing and seated postures - finishing with meditation and relaxation.

      Piotr and his team just completed our ensuite and we couldn’t be happier. They were a lovely team to have around and took great care with protection and clean-up every day. Communication was great and there were no nasty surprises with the final invoice despite a few challenges with the room along the way. The standard of work is incredible. We still can’t believe this room is in our house!

      What has that got to do with their being potentially terrified when loud fireworks are set off? To the best of my knowledge nobody is suggesting the firework noise is actually killing the animals.
