Interested in a hypnobirthing class? I'm looking for couples to attend launch class

Recommended Posts

Hello!

My name is Janine and I'll be launching new local hypnobirthing classes in February following the fabulous and well respected KG HYPNOBIRTHING method. The classes will incorporate antenatal education with effective hypnotherapy tools for mum and her birth partner to use for easing labour pain and a relaxed and calm birth.

Having had a tough time getting pregnant and a difficult pregnancy that involved months of bedrest, the labour and birth of my son was wonderful, calm and full of joy. I'd like to support other parents to have their best possible birth experience and ease some of the anxiety associated with the huge transition of giving birth.

The launch class will take place on Sunday 19 February and will be an intensive one day class available at the super discounted price of ?85, which includes all course materials. There are places for 4 couples available so please get in touch if you or someone you know will be between 20 and 36 weeks pregnant and would like to find out more.

The classes will take place at my home, a short walk from Queen's Road Station.

Thanks

Janine

    • i think I have seen that animal rescue charities can use old towels/sheets etc. Can anyone give me the address of one that I can donate them to - or do they collect?
    • I'd take some stool samples, keep them in the fridge, book a GPs appointment, and ask for them to be analysed. Kids are sick from time to time.  We all were.  We all are occasionally.  Unless there is a serious outbreak of a bug that can potentially hospitalise a lot of people, then public health will not get involved. For your own benefit you can always visit the cafe and check out their scores on the doors food safety rating and if they are not displaying one, question why. A few years ago there was a large e coli outbreak at the Glastonbury festival, cows graze the land and some festival goers were not being too hygienic.  A reminder to us all to wash our hands etc.  with COVID this should be second nature

    • Anyone know what the V7 local is turning into? Saw some guys painting it a teal colour last night which made me think it’s probably turning into another Truepennys haha - hopefully something more interesting
