I was just about to throw away a 'medical' cushion I had after an episiotomy (too much information?), but just in case anyone out there is suffering from a very sore bum, this cushion was very helpful. Pick up from SE15 (or drop off if you're anywhere near Bellenden Road/Goose Green area).
