are you able to add a "like" tab on the forum

Hi Admin:

Are you able to add something like Facebook, a "like" tab?

I guess I'm not the only one who doesn't want to comment on everything I read/ follow but sometimes I would like the writer to know that I "support" i.e. "like" what they said/ how they wrote something.
