Jacbuc
Ive just been online to pay the congestion charge but the tfl site says that today (monday 1st Nov) is a no payment day. Im pleased, but puzzled - anyone know why? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/14074-why-no-congestion-charge-today/ Share on other sites

Jacbuc
v confused now - Ive just been back on the site and it is now listing 1st november as a payment day - and Ive been able to pay the charge - perhaps its because I tried to book before 6.00am - it would be better rather than listing it as a no payment day that the site tells you to book later. anyone else had the same experience?
