An update on this exciting culinary evening at Space 61:

E10cooks - a cookery school in East London - is collaborating once again with The Mexico Kitchen Project - a culinary mastermind - to bring you a dining experience full of flavour and which will leave you wanting more!

We will be serving up a Mexican influenced 5 course taster menu that plays with traditional Mexican dishes and delivers something new and very exciting.

Sopa de Tortilla

Prawn Taco, Chipotle Mayonnaise, Avocado, Pepitas

Pork Shoulder Pibil, Pickled Red Onions, Salsa Verde

Chicken Tinga, Crema Mexicana

Esponja de Tres Leches - Mango, Pistachio, Vanilla Ice-cream
