  13. Hi All If you have little ones around tommorow morning and want to come and join in a fun childrens singing and play class we have 2 lessons with Michelle of Dulwich Voices happening. The first is at 10am and the second 11am. We will also have Michelle back on Thursday from 1pm to 2pm. As Michelle says on her website: " My classes provide an opportunity for students to develop their vocal skill and technique in a fun, relaxed environment. No experience (or natural ability) is needed, and all are welcome. There is only one rule in my class - there will be no 'Wheels on the Bus', 'Old McDonald' or 'Twinkle Twinkle'. With all due respect to Mother Goose et al., I'm partial to a more varied selection of (kid-friendly) R&B, Soul, Classic Rock, and Pop; the kind of music you and your family can bond over and enjoy for years to come." For more information or to book please use this link https://www.facebook.com/events/1896116737366107/ Thanks!

  18. Thank you so much Suzanne for the shout out. It is brilliant to be working in such a collaborative way to help as many people as possible who are looking for space to try out ideas. At a time when rents are being driven ever upwards I think a lot of people dont know where to turn to try something out that they cant do in their own homes anymore. If anyone else reading knows of other great pop up spaces in the SE London area why not give them a shout out here!

  23. Hi there Obviously too late to help with this one, but there is a local group that meet in Peckham once a month called Ryehere Ryenow which is a creatives meet up, and they are photographers, film makers, graphic designers so it is worth getting in touch with them for recommendations. 24. Hi All Two local artist/makers are organising a fair at Space at 61 in Nunhead on the 10th December and are looking for others to join in. Happy to get one of them to contact you if you'd like? DM me your email and I'll pass it along. Shona
  25. I also suffered a theft in Dulwich Library around this time last year. I had my daughter with me in the pushchair, and had gone around to the bathroom, where the disabled toilet/buggy accessible one, was out of action so I had to take her into the bathroom with me, leaving her buggy outside. I stupidly left my mobile phone tucked into the hood of the pushchair. I went around my business in the library and realised my phone was gone. Thought back to last having had it, and realised that it must have been taken then from outside the toilet. The library staff were kind at the time and helped me to phone the police (obviously I had no phone to do it myself) but the library has no CCTV in the bathroom lobby area so there was never any use in the police looking over the library CCTV anyway. I was annoying, and upsetting, but ultimately it was my own fault really for leaving it there. It still does make you feel vulnerable as a library feels a safe place more than the usual shop maybe would.
