Man and van recommendations required for next Saturday 4th March

We need a man and a van to help us move next Saturday 4th March and would be grateful for recommendations. We have large items to move including a king sized bed and 3 seater sofa so the van/Lorry would need to accommodate these as well as smaller bits of furniture and around 20 boxes. Please let me know if anyone has had good experiences locally and their contact details.

i used this man and van East Dulwich twice but i do think they have a luton van as i used only long wheelbase unless you do mind coming back for a second trip.
