The flat is a lovely refurbished top floor of a house, it's a nice size and it has a separate lounge & kitchen. The bedroom is adjacent to the lounge and bathroom and is on a different level to the other bedroom. The design of the flat is neutral and stylish and we keep it well maintained. We are about a 4 minute walk from the shops and restaurants on Lordship Lane, the 40, 176, 185, p13, 12, 197, 63 buses go past here. We live the quiet life, occasionally we have friends over for dinner and drinks or a cuppa but we like to chill out most of the time. Occasional glass of wine in the evenings and we like to watch movies. We are looking for someone neat and clean and non-smoking in flat.
