Come and join us over the next six weeks for FREE fun activities for local residents of SE15. These sessions are delivered by Tippee Toes in partnership with London & Quadrant Housing.


Each session includes:


Fun family fitness/games (by Firefly Fitness)

Cooking & nutrition workshop (FMG Nutrition)

Soft play fun

Unlimited refreshments


Workshops are delivered by qualified facilitators. Please see attachments for more details.


Every Wednesday from 22 Feb-29 March inclusive

10.00-12.00

Strictly ADVANCED BOOKING ONLY! Priority is given to L&Q residents and the remaining spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.

We have a handful of spaces available this Wednesday for our parent and toddler fun fitness, nutrition and cookery workshop with soft play and crafts. Drop me an email if you would like to join us from 10am-12pm. No obligation to stay the whole session but it would be lovely to see some new faces.

      Another recommendation for Adam on the Dartmouth Road. Have been going there for years. I will never go anywhere else (unless I move home to somewhere far away!) No faff, very reasonal price and nice atmosphere 👍

      Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!

      The 185 is often the same. But that's why buses sometimes (and annoyingly) stop to "regulate the service". To be fair, it's often due to traffic conditions. If there is not much traffic, the one behind catches up with the one in front.

      I imagine this is because of the average  additional time involved, due to the styles. You could have asked the reason? I will ask, next time I'm in there.  Many salons have this differential pricing.
