Resistance training is great for revving up your metabolism and building lean muscle. If you are looking for a way to incorporate some resistance work into your week then why not try my Kettlebell class? The class is suitable for all fitness levels and feedback has been positive from both beginners and advanced exercisers. Beginners start with a lighter weight and modified moves where necessary. The class offers a full body workout and will really help strengthen your core. Please get in touch with any questions or book online via my website. Please note, this class is not suitable if you are pregnant or have had a baby within the last 5 months. Class take place on Wednesday evenings at The Charter School and Friday mornings at Honor Oak Baptist Church.

  Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets. She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!

  Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.   A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.
