Mutual exchange Dulwich, North DULWICH, HERNE HILL

Recommended Posts

I am a tenant of Southwark Council with a beautiful extremely large one bedroom ground floor flat with stunning large garden on an extremely sought after road in Dulwich.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house ground floor flat in the above locations. The neighbours are the best you'll ever come across.

I am actually sad at the prospect of leaving as it's been amazing but after 10 years, having my children and them in desperate need of there own space and the lack of housing stock as suggested by Southwark. There is a need to move on.

I work locally and the children attend local school where they are thriving so if there is anyone that may want to download size please get in touch. Thanks you for taking the time out to read this☺

    • Apologies on the tardy reply, but thank you everyone for your responses and suggestions! Unfortunately I couldn't attend the recent EDF drinks because of work (I know right). But will absolutely keep eyes peeled for the next one and try and come down!
    • Because of the weather which delayed completion with roofer only being able to work certain days, it was up from November - end of January. Went slightly higher than gutters (we also had guttering replaced).
    • It's tough being a courier and the pay which is largely based on the number they deliver is miserable. Hence the staff turnover is high. EFRI was previously branded as HERMES but they had to create a new brand name because of poor performance. We get regular courier deliveries and EVRI are by far the worst. They just drop the parcel at the front door - often without ringing the bell. But worst is when they deliver to the equivalent door number on LL instead of ours on EDG. Best are ParcelForce, DHL and DPD by a wide margin.
    • I know the couple you mean, and she has always been friendly and smiley when delivering to me, but obviously in a hurry, for all the reasons outlined in the thread. My gate is always open, however (unless someone coming to the house closes it when they leave). I can't see the point of gates that have to be opened and shut again every time someone comes to the house. It just seems a waste of time, and it's annoying if you are carrying stuff. And a closed gate  conveys a sort of "my house is my fortress" feel. To me, anyway.
